Online Orders


When will my order by ready for pickup?
You will receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready for pickup.

Depending on the size of the order and how busy we are, we usually fill an order within an hour!

Please allow up to 24 hours since your order was placed before picking up. 





Machines


I am dreaming about buying a machine but I'm not sure which one, can you help?

We understand that machines are large investments and our goal is to help you be able to sew happily. 

Shopping for a machine is like shopping for a car! It's best to take a test drive on different machines to know what feels right. Therefore, we recommend booking a demo in order to find the perfect fit for you!

Machine Service


What Machines do you service?
We service what we sell! We are an authorized dealer and have a certified technician for Babylock, Brother, Bernina and Handi Quilter machines.  

Please note that we do not service older or mechanical sewing models of these brands (see model list below).  

We do not service Bernina machines that have been manufactured before 1998. This includes Bernina 532, 532-2, 534, 540, 540-2, 542-2, 600, 610, 614, 640-2, 642-2, 644, 700, 707, 708, 709, 717, 718, 719, 730, 731, 732, 741, 742, 744, 800, 801, 801s, 802, 802s, 803, 803s, 807, 808, 809, 810, 811, 811s, 817, 818, 819, 830, 830e, 830H, 831, 832, 840, 841, 842, 850, 900, 900E, 910, 910N, 930, 931, 932, 940, 950, 1000, 1001, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1008, 1010, 1011, 1020, 1030, 1031, 1080, 1090, 1120, 1130, 1230, 1260, 1530 & 1630 models. 

Instead, we recommend Gerry who can be contacted at 306-543-2417. He specializes in mechanical sewing machines and also located here in Regina, sk. 

If you would like, we can troubleshoot for $65. That way, you can decide how you would like to proceed.

If you are unsure if we service your machine, please don't hesitate to contact us before bringing it in. 




Do I need to book an appointment?
No appointments needed! Just bring in your machine at your convenience! 

You do not need to bring any accessories (only if they are part of the issue you are experiencing). We have these on hand and do not want to risk misplacing them on you :) 
Once you are here, please bring your machine inside and speak with our certified technician at the dutch door window on the right hand side of our store. They will ask you a couple questions and you will be on your way!



What is the turn around time?
We always tell our customers that it will be approximately 2 weeks, give or take. 

Turn-around time depends on the amount of machines in front of yours, if it a general cleaning, quick fix or complex issue you are experiencing with your machine and if parts need to be ordered.




When will I know when my machine is ready for pick-up?
Our certified technician will contact you via email, phone or text when your machine is ready.

If there are any questions or issues that arise during their inspection, such as parts needing to be ordered, they will contact you.

If you have not been contacted after 2 weeks, please contact us to ensure we got your correct contact information. 


Shipping


Do we ship to the United States?
Yes! We offer international expedited shipping.

Why can I only select Expedited Shipping at checkout?
We offer Expedited Shipping for the price of Standard Shipping. Shipping charges include estimated arrival in 1-5 business days, insurance coverage, and tracking. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All shipping charges are based on dollar value and we will refund any overages.

Please contact us if you would like a quote for shipping charges before purchasing. 

What is Carbon-neutral Shipping?

Fabric


Why do you sell by the Yard instead of Meters?
Although we prefer to order from Canadian wholesalers when we can, we frequently have to order from American Wholesalers to offer the best selection.

This means we often order fabric in yards and order patterns that list fabric requirements in yardage. 

To make it simpler for our customers and us, we price by the yard. However, we can also cut by the meter if you shop in-store.
