Online Orders


When will my order by ready for pickup?
You will receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready for pickup. You can also check on the status of your order by clicking on the link at the bottom of your order confirmation email.

Depending on the size of the order and how busy we are, we usually fill an order within an hour!

Kindly allow up to 24 hours since your order was placed for the notification before picking up. 




I have not received confirmation for my order.
Our system will automatically send an email confirmation when the funds are processed. 

Sometimes our emails are flagged as spam/junk, check those folders in your email first.

In rare cases, there might also be a security setting on your email service to prevent spam/junk from being received in your inbox.

Try using a different email and double-check that your email is correct.

Shipping


What are your shipping options?
We offer a $20 flat rate shipping charge for orders within Canada. This will be standard shipping, including tracking, with UPS or Canada Post for P.O. Box Addresses. Some exclusions may apply to large machine orders, rural addresses, etc. We cannot ship lettermail. 





Do you ship to the U.S.?
Yes! We are continuing to ship to the United States...

However....As of March 3, 2026, we cannot ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to U.S. bound addresses due to U.S. tariff rules and end to the de minimis exemption (packages under $800 USD).

U.S. Customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes that may apply upon delivery. In order to follow these rules, we cannot ship to U.S. PO Boxes addresses at this time.

The duties and fees charged for Canadian shipments to the U.S. are set by the U.S. government - not us.



Machines

We understand that machines are large investments and our goal is to help you be able to sew happily. 

Shopping for a machine is like shopping for a car! It's best to take a test drive on different machines to know what feels right. Therefore, we recommend getting a demonstration first to find the perfect fit for you.

Machine Service


What Machines do you service?
We service what we sell! We are an authorized dealer and have a certified technician for Janome, Elna, Babylock, Brother, Bernina and Handi Quilter machines.  

Please note that we do not service older or mechanical sewing models of these brands (see model list below).  

We do not service Bernina machines that have been manufactured before 1998. This includes Bernina 532, 532-2, 534, 540, 540-2, 542-2, 600, 610, 614, 640-2, 642-2, 644, 700, 707, 708, 709, 717, 718, 719, 730, 731, 732, 741, 742, 744, 800, 801, 801s, 802, 802s, 803, 803s, 807, 808, 809, 810, 811, 811s, 817, 818, 819, 830, 830e, 830H, 831, 832, 840, 841, 842, 850, 900, 900E, 910, 910N, 930, 931, 932, 940, 950, 1000, 1001, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1008, 1010, 1011, 1020, 1030, 1031, 1080, 1090, 1120, 1130, 1230, 1260, 1530 & 1630 models. 





Do I need to book an appointment?
No appointments needed! Just bring in your machine at your convenience! 

You do not need to bring any accessories, power cords, foot pedals, feet, etc (only if they are part of the issue you are experiencing)




What is the turn around time?
Turn around time is approx. 2 weeks, give or take. Turn around time will depend on the amount of machines in line and if parts need to be ordered. We will contact you by email prior to ordering parts for approval.





When will I know when my machine is ready for pick-up?
We will contact you via email and phone when your machine is ready. 

If there are any questions or issues that arise during their inspection, such as approval for parts, they will contact you by email.
