Bring your quilt top, which should approximately 60" x 60" or not too much larger. Join us for the day and learn how to layer the top into a wonderful heirloom. This class is for the true beginner or the novice quilter.
We be using the walking foot and discuss the alternate ways to "sandwich" your quilt and discuss binding methods as well. Use your machine or ours.

| Skill Details: | You will learn various methods of "sandwiching" your quilt top, types of batting, and tips and tricks of binding methods. |
| Materials Included: | Required Thread, Backing, Batting, 505 spray or pins not included. |
| Requirements: | Must complete our Absolute Beginners - Learn to Quilt Class before this class. Walking Foot is a great help! Backing should be the size of your quilt + plus 4 inches bigger all around. 1/2 yard of material for binding. Batting the size of your backing usually "throw" size if following class pattern and thread! Need help? Or want to add a border?
