Cancellations are not accepted for any orders, classes or events. 

REFUND POLICY
No Returns. All sales final.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Please note that all gift cards are final sale and are non-refundable upon purchase. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do not allow any returns or exchanges. Machines may be traded-in at our discretion. 

DAMAGED, LOST, or INCORRECT ITEMS

In the instance of a packaging error, please contact our team directly with your name and order # within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Standard and expedited tracked parcels that are shipped through Canada Post or UPS from the point of origin include insurance and protection for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.

Please contact Cindy-rella's Sewing & Quilting:

• Within 5 business days of delivery for damaged parcels or missing/incorrect products.
• Between 10 and 15 business days after the last tracking update for lost parcels.

Cindy-rella's Sewing & Quilting may issue a replacement, refund or partial refund at their discretion upon investigating the issue.
