A quilters ruler used to make perfect picot's or prairie points in a continuous row of material. Finished points measure 1" height from top to bottom with a 2" width at the base. Can also be used to make perfect rickrack with a finished size of 138". The ruler measures 23"L x 4"W and is made of duarable polycarbonate plastic.
